Delivery Charge: We charge AED 25 for shipping all over U.A.E. We currently do not ship outside U.A.E, but will start shipping soon.

Delivery Time: The perfumes arrive in 2 - 5 business days by courier.

 

Return Policy: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return initiate a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the perfume. The returned product will be checked and the money will be refunded to your bank account or credit card, if the perfume is returned in its original sealed packaging. For this reason, testers are easier to return and refund since they do not come with the outer cellophane wrapping. Shipping and gift wrap charges will be deducted from the refund amount. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened product back to the address below and at the same time, send an email with the order number and invoice to info@fkperfumes.com. You can expect a refund within 1 week of our receiving your returned product.
